We are seeking F/T General dentists with at least 2 years of post-graduate practice experience for a practice that only performs non-surgical endodontic treatment.
Owned by an endodontist, will provide training necessary to perform quality endodontic treatment. Our mission is to provide access and affordable endodontic treatment to all patients.
Practice has been established for over 16 years, centrally located in Dallas.

Compensation structure:
Signing Bonus for full time positions
Paid working interview at 30% Net Production allocated to work performed on the day of the working interview
$650-700/day during the first 60 days.
28% or higher of Collection after the first 60 days, based on ability to perform non-surgical Endodontic procedures.

Candidates should have:
- 2 or more YEARS of US dentist practice experience
- valid Texas Dental license, DEA, NPI
- US dental training and is eligible to work in the US
- Clean “Loss run” report with Liability insurance company
- necessary credentials to become providers with insurance companies and TMHP
- Proficiency and confidence in treating patients of all ages, our patients consist of adults, seniors, and children.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and medical imaging
- Proficiency in OpenDental or similar dental software
- Proficiency in non-surgical endodontic treatment maxillary and mandibular molars and emergency management.
- Dentists with excellent communication skills and a wide range of clinical abilities are most successful and productive in our practice setting.
