Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Principal to join our team at Eustace Intermediate School on a part time basis. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our school, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for our students and fostering a positive school culture that promotes the highest levels of achievement.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
2. Implement educational programs and curriculum..
3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community members to promote student success.
4. Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
5. Help lead and motivate staff towards the achievement of educational goals.
6. Manage budget and resources efficiently.
7. Help address any issues or crises that may arise in a timely and effective manner.

1. Strong ability to listen to current adminstative team and assist in implementing the campus vision.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to develop and implement effective educational programs.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
6. Knowledge of local and federal education regulations and guidelines.
7. Ability to work with current adminstrative team to assist the campus in moving forward.
Certifications:
The ideal candidate must hold a valid Principal Certification and have a proven track record in educational leadership. Additional certifications that demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development will be highly regarded.
