The Outbound Manager leads all picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. This role oversees outbound staff, maintains operational standards, and supports overall warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping schedules and outbound workflows
- Supervise, train, and support team leads and associates
- Ensure order accuracy and on-time shipment
- Monitor productivity and key performance metrics
- Coordinate with Print, Inventory, and cross-functional teams
- Oversee quality control checks prior to shipment
- Maintain dock organization, safety standards, and proper equipment use
- Enforce operational policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Reduce shipping errors, returns, and inefficiencies
- Support employee relations in partnership with HR
- Able to perform and lead general warehouse duties

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Proficient with Microsoft systems and general computer literacy
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping processes
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Leadership and team management skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
