As a Construction Equipment Operator/Foreman, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a mid-size excavator with precision, including digging to grade for drainage pipes, footings, basements, and more.
- Reading and interpreting construction plans to guide your work.
- Leading a small crew of laborers to complete projects effectively and on schedule.
- Ensuring the safety and productivity of your team on-site.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience operating construction equipment, particularly mid-size excavators.
- Proficiency in digging to grade and working on tasks such as drainage pipe installation, footings, and basements.
- Strong ability to read and work from construction plans.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a small crew of laborers.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
