As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you'll work directly with customers to introduce industry-leading AT&T Fiber solutions, including Fiber Internet, Fiber Internet with Wi-Fi, AT&T All-Fi Pro, Smart Home connectivity solutions, and bundled Fiber services. Through paid training and ongoing mentorship, you'll gain valuable experience in customer relations, account management, and consultative sales while building a rewarding career.
What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Account Manager
- Meet with customers to discuss their internet and connectivity needs, assisting them with new account enrollments or account upgrades.
- Present AT&T Fiber products, features, speeds, pricing, and available promotions.
- Manage AT&T customer accounts, handling any questions or inquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
- Complete customer enrollments accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Meet individual goals while collaborating with fellow AT&T Fiber representatives to support overall team success.
