Park Property Management Solutions is seeking a Community Association Manager Associate (Trainee) to join our growing team. This is a role for someone that is a self-motivated, proactive professional who thrives on urgency, precision, and solving problems before they escalate.
About the Role
As a Community Association Manager Associate, you are the face of our company to the homeowners and Boards you serve. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, handle communications, and coordinate with vendors, often juggling multiple priorities at once. You’ll need to stay calm and professional with homeowners (even when they’re upset) while keeping everything moving forward with accuracy and urgency.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage operations for your assigned community associations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Boards, homeowners, and vendors.
- Attend Board meetings and present updates clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure community needs are met.
- Balance competing priorities while keeping tasks on track and accurate.
- Represent Park Property Management Solutions with professionalism and confidence.
