Who we are:
Rehabilitation & Athletics Community Center (“RACC”) is a locally-owned, health, wellness, fitness, and community-based center located in Port Orchard, Washington. The RACC exists to provide an all-encompassing, communal wellness facility to south Kitsap county. The RACC’s mission is to create an outlet for each individual to improve upon their physical and mental health, while positively impacting others along the way. The core values of the RACC are to: promote the physical, psychological, and social development of each individual that walks through our doors; produce a high-value facility with a high-level of integrity and service; and provide a vehicle of growth for our community.
Who you are:
A self-motivated, charismatic, and energetic person who is passionate about health, wellness and fitness. A go-getter that enjoys interacting with people, takes the initiative to do trivial tasks, and has the desire to grow personally and professionally.
What you bring:
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer-base in a professional manner
- Attention to detail with great organizational skills
- Experience in customer-service or client-facing interaction
- Teamwork and a spirit of collaboration
- Background in health, wellness and fitness is greatly desired!
