Job Summary
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Permanent full time evening
- 8 hrs/night = 5:00/6:00 pm - 1:30/2:30am
- Monday - Friday
- Starting pay of $18.00 for first 4 weeks (probation period), then upon successful 4 weeks, pay increases to $20.00/hour.
- Stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet & upholstery care, as well as commercial office cleaning fill-in work when custodians/cleaners are absent
- Manual Labor Job: work with equipment and tools, heavy lifting of equipment and supplies, bend, stoop, pivot, push and pull, kneeling, crouching, stretch, climb stairs, standing and walking for long periods.

MUST HAVE:
( Candidates without floor and carpet care experience will not be considered. )
- HISTORY OF *PROVEN* EXPERIENCE with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, strippers, buffers, extractors, and similar.
- VALID IDENTIFICATION
- WILLING TO WORK EVENINGS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, AND RARE, BUT OCCASSIONAL WEEKENDS (WITH OVERTIME)
