CORRALITO Steak hosue is looking for Bussers and Runners to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly and neatly set the table for the next guests;
- Empty trash and complete general cleaning activities;
- General support for front of the house staff and management;
- Polish glass and silverware;
- delivering food from kitchen to table;
- Make, deliver and politely offer refills on non-alcoholic beverages;
- Efficiently pre-bussing and bussing tables;
- Keeping restrooms clean.
Requirements: Must be able to carry large carrying dish tray;

- Must be able to climb stairs through entire shift;
- Must have at least 1 year of high volume bussing experience, have reliable transportation and must have longevity at past jobs;
- Be personable, outgoing, well groomed, motivated, have common sense, a good attitude, great communication skills and excellent time management skills;
- Must be able to carry 3+ plates;
- Must be able to carry/lift/push/pull 30+ lbs.
