Locations: Pequannock, NJ & Westfield, NJ
Minimum Hours: 15 per week (includes 2 evenings and 1 weekend day)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate 70-90 dollars (commensurate with experience)

Love Play Grow, a thriving child and family therapy practice, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Child and Family Therapist to join our team in either our Pequannock or Westfield, NJ location. We specialize in play-based, relational therapy and help children and families build connection, resilience, and joy.

Schedule Requirements:

Who You Are:
- A licensed mental health professional in NJ (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or similar)
- Experienced in working with children, teens, and families
- Knowledgeable about child development, play therapy, and trauma-informed care
- Eager to learn and grow within a creative and play-based clinical model
- Reliable, collaborative, and passionate about helping families thrive

- Play therapy training or interest in becoming an RPT
- Experience with parent coaching, family therapy, or neurodivergent populations
