Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
- Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed meticulously to prevent contamination and promote health safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks with precision, including carpet cleaning and detailed surface care.
- Support housekeeping management in inventory control, supply replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness schedules.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning services such as janitorial work, custodial duties, or hotel housekeeping roles.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in both residential and commercial settings.
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general surface sanitation.
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests.
- Experience with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
- Familiarity with cooking is advantageous for supporting overall household or facility needs when required.
