*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team and provide exceptional care for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their development.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide attentive care to children, including feeding, changing diapers, and engaging in age-appropriate activities
- Create a stimulating and educational environment that promotes learning and development
- Implement daily routines and schedules to ensure consistency for the children
- Monitor and address children's behavior, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
*Qualifications*
-Must be 18 or older
- Previous experience in childcare or related field is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of childhood development stages and behavior management techniques
- Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues
