We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing automotive glass business. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a professional yet relaxed environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in, phone, and online customers
- Answer calls and assist customers with questions and scheduling
- Schedule installation appointments for technicians
- Support sales by making follow-up calls, collecting deposits, ordering materials, and answering product/service questions
- Respond to emails and online inquiries in a professional manner
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills (scheduling software experience is a plus)
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
