Spa Coordinator
Our 5x Charleston's Choice Award-Winning day spa is looking to add professional team members who thrive in an environment that caters to its guests. We desire candidates that are mature, experienced, technologically savvy, self motivated, and goal orientated. This is a Full or Part-time position and candidates must be able to work weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday availability with flexible weekends off ).
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Check guests in and out through our booking software
- Coordinating booking schedule and availability
- Show guest to restroom to change
- Getting/Pulling paperwork for clients
- Provide exceptional service
- Laundry and light cleaning (restrooms, merchandise shelves)
- Showing clients to Relaxation Room
- Opening and Closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous spa experience required/Hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
- Ability to multitask
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
