We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join us in an upbeat, fast-paced retail environment. We carry almost every major brand on the market, offer an exciting workplace culture, and provide competitive compensation consisting of an hourly wage/salary plus tips and commission (where applicable)!

Open Positions:1. Store Managers & Assistant Managers
- The Role: Lead daily operations, manage staff, drive sales goals, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Requirements: Leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for team development. Cannabis retail experience is highly preferred.
2. Inventory Specialists
- The Role: Keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsible for intake, auditing, product tracking, and ensuring total inventory accuracy.
- Requirements: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and compliance-minded. Experience with point-of-sale and tracking software is a plus.
3. Receptionists
- The Role: Be the face of the store! Greet customers, verify identification to ensure compliance, manage the check-in queue, and maintain a welcoming front lobby.
- Requirements: Friendly, organized, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail and legal compliance.
4. Curbside / Express Assistants
- The Role: Manage and fulfill online and express orders quickly and accurately, providing top-tier service to customers on the go.
- Requirements: Fast-paced, efficient, friendly, and great at multitasking.
5. Motivated Budtenders
- The Role: Connect with customers, share product knowledge, and build baskets.
- Requirements: A hustle mentality, passion for the industry, and a drive to sell! (Experience a plus, but not required—we will train the right person).
General Requirements for All Roles:
- Open Availability: Must have flexible, open availability and be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable Transportation: You can consistently get to work on time.
- Clean Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check required for industry compliance.
- Positive Energy: A motivated team player who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced atmosphere.
