The Role
We are looking for thoughtful, reliable Housekeeping Specialists who understand that maintaining a home is about more than tasks, it’s about attention, care, and consistency.
As part of the Faireez team, you will help residents keep their spaces clean, organized, and welcoming, delivering a level of service similar to what you would expect in a great hotel.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in leaving a space better than they found it.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cleaning of residential spaces (living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms)
- Maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness and organization
- Follow Faireez service protocols and checklists
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
- Identify small details that improve the overall home environment
- Communicate with the operations team when needed
What We Look For
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or residential cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Pride in delivering excellent service
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must have A CAR to travel around Downtown, Brickell, and Miami Beach
