Future Leaders Learning Center is seeking a dedicated, organized, and motivated Director to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily center operations
- Support and coach teaching staff
- Ensure EEC compliance and licensing requirements are met
-Build positive relationships with families
- Manage enrollment, tours, and family communication
- Conduct classroom observations and staff support
-Maintain a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
Qualifications:
* EEC Director I or Director II Certification
* Early Childhood Education experience
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Knowledge of EEC regulations and licensing requirements
* Ability to lead with professionalism, consistency, and teamwork
