Role Description:
The Back-of-House / Kitchen Team Member prepares food accurately, safely, and efficiently while supporting a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, assembling menu items, following recipes, stocking stations, washing dishes, cleaning equipment, rotating product, and helping the team meet service times without sacrificing quality. This role is essential to the guest experience because every order depends on consistency, attention to detail, food safety, and teamwork behind the scenes.
Qualifications Desired:
No prior experience required, but food-service experience is a plus; ability to follow recipes and procedures; strong attention to cleanliness and food safety; reliable attendance; ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure.
