Job Information
- Service Area: Greenville, SC and surrounding communities
- Training Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673 (hotel accommodations and travel expenses covered if distance qualified)
- Training Pay: $18/hour
- Earning Potential After Training: Up to $22/hour or more through performance-based compensation
Your Responsibilities
- Operate a company vehicle to travel to customer homes and job sites
- Install smart home technology, entertainment systems, and other residential products
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and service work indoors and outdoors
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Create a positive and professional experience for customers
Paid Training Program
- Installation techniques and industry best practices
- Product knowledge and technology education
- Safety standards and procedures
- Customer service and communication skills
- Field sales strategies and customer engagement
- Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and real-life job situations
After successfully completing training, you'll transition into a full-time field technician role supporting customers throughout the Greenville market.

Requirements
- Basic experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and carry 60-80 pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 36 feet
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle screenings
