Pay: $1.50–$2.50 per linear foot installed (based on experience, quality, and efficiency)

Responsibilities
- Install permanent architectural LED lighting systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Measure, cut, and install aluminum lighting track.
- Route and conceal low-voltage wiring for a clean, professional appearance.
- Install transformers, controllers, and lighting components.
- Test, troubleshoot, and program lighting systems.
- Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated work areas.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every project.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, electrical, roofing, gutters, low-voltage, or similar trades is preferred.
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs.
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Compensation
- Performance-based pay: $1.50–$2.50 per linear foot installed.
- Pay rate is determined by experience, installation quality, efficiency, and reliability.
- Higher-producing installers have the opportunity to earn significantly more than a traditional hourly position.
- Consistent, year-round work available.
- Typical installers earn $200–$700 per day depending on footage completed.”
