Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Pediatrics
Join a team that's making a real difference in children's lives. We're looking for a skilled, compassionate SLP to work with pediatric patients and their families in a collaborative, supportive environment where clinical excellence and family-centered care come first.
What You'll Do
You'll evaluate and treat children with communication, language, articulation, feeding, and swallowing disorders — developing individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and partnering with families to support goals at home and in clinic. You'll work alongside physicians, nurses, and therapists as part of a coordinated interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation in line with professional and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Florida SLP license
- CPR/BLS certification
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
Strong candidates will bring solid clinical assessment skills, a genuine ability to connect with children and families, and the flexibility to adapt approaches to each child's unique needs.
