Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of exclusion work, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if travel between job sites is required).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with drywall repair, flooring, insulation and exclusion work.
- Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential or commercial properties.
- Repair fixtures, roof openings, woodwork repair, drywall, flooring, and other building systems.
- Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used.
Licensing (or willingness to obtain) as required by TEXAS regulations
