Duties
- Lead and supervise the deli team, providing training, coaching, and motivation to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring all products meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed consistently across all shifts.
- Coordinate shift schedules and oversee daily operations to maximize productivity.
- Uphold brand standards by ensuring food presentation, cleanliness, and customer service excellence are maintained at all times.
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing quick service or fast food is a plus.
- Background in food safety management, food handling practices, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as staff training and team management.
- Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards in a casual dining or catering environment.
- Experience with kitchen management, food production processes, catering services, or banquet operations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail setting while maintaining high customer service standards.
