The Role
As an Exterior Remodeling Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Rise Renovation in homeowners’ living rooms. Our marketing team generates and qualifies leads, then hands them off to you as confirmed appointments. A typical week looks like:
- 8–12 pre-set in-home appointments with interested homeowners
- Assessing each home’s needs and presenting tailored product solutions
- Delivering compelling proposals and closing deals on-site
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Staying current on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of in-home sales experience (exterior remodeling strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Background in service industries with direct customer interaction
- Experience with CRM tools and digital proposal software
- Sports background preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Pay
Commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Our consultants earn commission on every closed deal, with performance bonuses on top. Here’s what to expect:
- Pay range: $150,000–$250,000
- Top 20% of consultants: $200,000+
- $4,000 paid training bonus while you ramp up
