We’re partnering with a leading, employee-owned MEP contractor to identify a Plumbing Foreman to support and lead field operations on commercial and industrial projects in the Colorado market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in running work in the field, developing teams, and driving high-quality execution.

Plumbing Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day plumbing operations on job sites, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality
- Supervise, coordinate, and mentor field crews, providing guidance, coaching, and support to craft workers
- Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and material needs to support project execution
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to support layout, installation, and system design
- Prepare material takeoffs and assist in project planning and scheduling
- Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards
- Identify and proactively address jobsite challenges, safety risks, and coordination issues
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to keep projects moving efficiently
- Verify materials and equipment align with approved submittals and project requirements
- Support jobsite safety efforts and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Plumbing Foreman Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of plumbing experience with proven experience in a Foreman or lead field role
- Multifamily experience is a plus
- Active Colorado Plumbing License required
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and jobsite logistics
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and can keep teams aligned and productive
Plumbing Foreman Compensation:
- $32–$50/hour (depending on experience)
