Videlio-HMS is looking for ambitious technology-minded personnel to become part of the Cruise Ship A/V Systems team.
Position Overview
An AV Project Manager oversees the successful execution of audio, video, and control system integration projects from initiation through completion. The individual coordinates engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and client communication efforts to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The AV Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
· Manage AV integration projects from award through commissioning and handover.
· Coordinate activities between engineering, purchasing, fabrication, programming, installation, and client stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, documentation, and resource plans.
· Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues, risks, and schedule impacts.
· Conduct internal and client-facing project meetings.
· Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project correspondence.
· Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel during installation and commissioning.
· Support FAT/SAT testing, training, project closeout documentation, and client turnover.
· Maintain accurate project reporting, records, and communication.
· Travel as required for meetings, commissioning, site surveys, and project support.

Experience and Education
· 5+ years of AV project management or systems integration experience preferred
· Strong understanding of AV workflows, installation methodologies, and networking
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
· CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, PMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus
· Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
· Fluent in written and spoken English
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
