Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Qualify and nurture potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Schedule appointments and coordinate showings for real estate agents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Follow up consistently with prospects to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients and prospects

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
