Maintain the cleanliness of Mililani Town Association’s recreation centers during hall rentals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
During the party
- Monitor rubbish cans, emptying as needed.
- Sweep/mop up spills that occur.
- Monitor restroom supplies and fill as needed.
After the party
- Wipe down all tables and chairs and put away on racks/carts.
- Empty all rubbish and replace can liners.
- Sweep and mop floor.
- Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets and restroom floors and refill restroom supplies as needed.
- Wipe down counter and stove tops in kitchen.
- Pick up any rubbish in the parking lot. At Rec. 5, check shared parking lot also.
- Use proper cleaning materials and prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Work with other MTA staff, including but not limited to other Party Attendants, to complete assigned tasks efficiently and within deadlines provided.
- Regular and reliable attendance required.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Must be able to use common cleaning tools and equipment.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous janitorial and/or housekeeping experience preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
