Craft Putt is looking for a dependable Lead Bartender / Shift Lead to help anchor our FOH team.
This is not just a “show up and pour drinks” bartending role. We are looking for somebody reliable, calm under pressure, and capable of helping lead shifts when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Bartending and guest service
- Opening/closing shifts
- Assisting with customer issues
- Supporting/training newer staff
- Helping keep service organized during busy shifts
- Acting as MOD during certain shifts
What we care about most:
- Reliability
- Strong communication
- Weekend/night availability
- Ability to stay composed during busy shifts
- Taking ownership without constant supervision
Bartending experience preferred, but leadership experience is not required for the right person.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay + tips. Additional pay and leadership opportunities available for dependable long-term team members.
Craft Putt is a fast-paced indoor mini golf restaurant/bar with a fun atmosphere and a team-first environment.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
