Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean work environment.
- Launder and Fold Clothes
- Handle dry cleaning services from start to finish
- Maintain cleanliness in all rooms.
- Operate cash registers for any cash handling duties related to laundry services or guest transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Utilize basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
