Overview
We are seeking 1-2 experienced, results-driven On-Site Property Managers to oversee the daily operations, leasing, and resident relations of our apartment community. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional property management, fostering positive tenant relationships, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while managing property leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions. As the face of the property, you will create a welcoming environment for residents and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Duties
- Oversee daily property operations by focusing on high leasing/occupancy activities, rent collection, and maintenance coordination to ensure smooth functioning.
- Utilize property management software such as AppFolio, Word/Excel, for data entry, filing, record keeping, and reporting purposes.
- Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition, safety standards, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Professionalism via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and foster positive relationships.
- Expense tracking, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maximize property profitability.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to uphold excellent curb appeal/ cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in property management and leasing
- Strong, Proven Leasing and Marketing Experience a MUST (multifamily/Apartment management preferred)
- Proficiency using AppFolio or similar property management tools.
- Solid understanding of Oklahoma landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, , Section 8 housing policies, and contracts management.
- Excellent customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills for budgeting tasks, record keeping, and compliance documentation.
- A calm, professional presence — you're the face of this community
- Must have Valid Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation--access to an SUV or Truck for occasional property-related errands is a plus, but not required.
