Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:-
Meet with motivated buyers and sellers

Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments

Show homes and host open houses

Write and negotiate contracts

Guide clients through the buying and selling process

Follow up using CRM systems and proven workflows

Deliver exceptional client service that generates referrals and repeat business

Participate in weekly coaching, training, and team meetings
Qualifications:-
Active Virginia Real Estate License required
