LDL CLEAN LLC is hiring a full-time daytime cleaner for a commercial facility in North Chelmsford, MA. We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and experienced in professional cleaning who can follow instructions in English on the client’s property. The right person will be willing to learn, accept feedback, and improve as part of our team.
Job Details
- Location: North Chelmsford, MA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8 hours/day)
- Total Hours: 40 hours/week
- Starting Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)

Key Requirements
- English is required (must be able to understand and follow clear instructions in English)
- You may speak other languages as well (we have team members who speak Spanish and Portuguese), but English is a must for this client site
- Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Valid work authorization and SSN
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Willing to learn, take direction, and receive feedback professionally
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment such as:
- Auto scrubbers / floor scrubber machines
- Floor washing machines
- Other professional floor equipment
- (If you don’t have this experience, we can train the right person.)
Responsibilities
- Keep the building and common areas clean and well maintained
- Keep the cafeteria clean and organized
- Clean floors (including using machines)
- Keep entrances professional, clean, and presentable
- Keep the facility free of dust and cobwebs
- Collect trash throughout the building
- Communicate with the manager to report incidents or issues
- Be punctual and work the agreed schedule consistently
