Pulse Marketing is seeking a Wireless Sales Specialist to join our growing AT&T consumer services team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build experience in customer engagement, wireless sales, and account management while representing AT&T’s mobile and internet solutions.
As a Wireless Sales Specialist, you’ll assist customers with AT&T wireless devices, cell phone plans, and home internet services while learning how to deliver personalized recommendations and create positive customer experiences. Through hands-on training, the Wireless Sales Specialist will develop communication, sales, and leadership skills in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Specialist
- Assist customers with selecting AT&T wireless devices, mobile plans, internet services, and connectivity solutions based on their needs
- Educate customers on AT&T promotions, wireless upgrades, device features, and internet service options
- Support customer account setup, onboarding, and account management processes
- Build strong customer relationships by providing professional and personalized support
- Collaborate with team members to execute sales campaigns and maintain customer satisfaction
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account documentation
- Participate in ongoing training focused on wireless sales, customer service, and telecommunications operations
Qualifications for the Wireless Sales Specialist
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and organization
- Interest in wireless technology, telecommunications, or customer account management is a plus
