Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Elite B2B Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will spearhead business development efforts, cultivate strong client relationships, and close high-value enterprise deals. Your expertise in business to business relationships and sales will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic accounts and drive growth in a fast-paced corporate sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through in person prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining positive relationships
- Present complex product offerings clearly, emphasizing value propositions aligned with client objectives
- Utilize our CRM, Agent Assist, to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales accurately
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation
- Close sales efficiently by managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, especially in the insurance space
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently through effective deal closing strategies
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing customer accounts and navigating complex sales processes
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills for client relationship management and team collaboration
- Business development experience with a focus on enterprise selling and account management
- Technical sales experience involving software solutions or related technology products is highly desirable
