We are a busy, state-of-the-art interventional pain clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients suffering from chronic pain. Our modern facility offers advanced procedures including spinal injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and comprehensive pain management solutions.
We are currently seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and energetic RN or LPN to join our fast-paced clinical team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to make a real difference in patients’ lives, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with interventional pain procedures (injections, fluoroscopy-guided treatments, etc.)
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, vital signs, IV starts, medication administration, and recovery monitoring
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care
- Prepare and maintain procedure rooms with strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards
- Document patient interactions accurately in our electronic medical record system
- Collaborate closely with our physicians, medical assistants, and administrative team in a high-volume setting
- Support pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient flow to keep the clinic running efficiently
- Has to travel
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license inTN (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Previous experience in pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, surgery center, or outpatient procedure setting is strongly preferred
- Excellent IV skills and comfort with procedural nursing
- Strong communication and patient-centered focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
