Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration
- Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment to achieve high-quality finishes
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fiberglass fabrication techniques to shape and restore vehicle panels
- Assist with auto restoration projects by fabricating custom parts and performing detailed assembly work
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or equivalent in auto body repair is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, including auto painting, auto panel repair and fiberglass work
- Proficiency with the use of various hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts handling
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing outstanding customer service
