What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service
- Oversee daily operations including labor, inventory, and cash controls
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and key performance metrics
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team accountability
- Support local store marketing and new product rollouts
- Create a positive, energetic environment for both guests and team members
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, fast casual, or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
- Experience managing labor, food cost, and operational KPIs
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
