Cornerstone Realty, Inc., is seeking to hire a detail oriented, high energy, and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee the day-to-day maintenance of a multi-tenant industrial property located in Pottstown, PA. The position of Property Maintenance Supervisor is a working supervisor role, and the ideal candidate will be expected to utilize hands-on trade skills daily. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, foster a culture of excellent tenant service, and ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and operating condition. Duties
- Conduct regular property inspections to proactively identify & complete high-quality repairs necessary to maintain the property in a first-class condition.
- Receive and manage to completion all tenant service requests while proactively communicating status updates to tenants.
- Regularly schedule third-party vendors & contractors, and complete detailed work-quality inspections.
- The ability to hold third-party contractors and vendors accountable to project schedules and a high-quality work standard.
- Utilization of property management software to prioritize, track and drive timely completion of all service requests, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Oversee all internal repair and external vendor projects at the property, including capital expenditure and tenant improvement related projects.
- Other day to day items and projects to maintain the property in first-class condition.

Skills and Experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial properties, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, roof maintenance and general landscaping.
- Very detail oriented and driven by process.
- Works well independently and with others.
- Strong work ethic with a consistent desire to be a reliable team member and produce high quality work.
- The ability to ask great questions, and challenge & deconstruct bid pricing and scopes of work.
- The ability to proactively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Expert multi-tasking and organizational skills.

- Technologically savvy or competent, and interested in learning new property management software.

Compensation:
- $22 - $27 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Pay
- Overtime Hours (as-needed basis)
