Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for administering and overseeing the preventive maintenance program for a mid-size hotel and casino, ensuring facilities meet brand standards and operational excellence. This role supervises the maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and landscaped areas, maintaining a safe and efficient environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Oversee maintenance of A/C, electrical, plumbing, painting, emergency generators, and related equipment.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with outside vendors.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
- Respond to emergencies and support a 24/7 hospitality operation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within a mid-size hotel property.
- Degree and proven experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
