Job Overview
The Ruth M Smith Center is a non-profit campus with 3 Personal Care Homes and a Community Center. This position requires one of the following: Associate degree, LPN, RN, Bachelor's degree (preferred). Must complete the Personal Care Home Administrators Certificate, the organization will pay for the course. 2-3 years supervisory experience; non-profit budgeting and spreadsheet understanding; community networking; presentations; present plans to the Board for continued sustainability and monthly reports. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Able to work well with those diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness. Salary commensurate with experience.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
