Saguaro Alliance is growing, and we're looking for an AT&T Team Member to join us! In this role, you'll engage directly with customers and enroll them in AT&T's top wireless services, all while building the foundation for a rewarding career in sales. We're willing to train highly motivated people from customer service backgrounds into entry-level wireless sales management roles — no prior sales experience required, just the drive to learn and grow.
AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customers to answer questions and provide information about AT&T's wireless product offers
- Assist customers with the AT&T wireless enrollment and services
- Follow up on customer inquiries and unresolved concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with customers to make sure expectations are understood
- Research billing inquiries and claims to provide accurate wireless service support
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve concerns
- Support the wireless sales team with additional duties as assigned
AT&T Team Member Requirements:
- High-energy, positive attitude
- Eager to learn strong work ethics and sales motivation techniques
- Driven to grow within a team-oriented sales environment
- Open to entry-level wireless sales training
- Associate degree in general studies or relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers directly
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
