Job Summary:
The Network Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and uptime of material handling equipment and facility infrastructure across multiple distribution centers. This role provides hands-on technical leadership, vendor coordination, safety oversight, and cost-effective maintenance solutions while partnering closely with Operations and Corporate teams to minimize downtime and improve system performance
Responsibilities Include:

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of material handling equipment and facility infrastructure across multiple distribution centers, ensuring safety, uptime, and reliability.

Provide technical escalation and triage support for critical MHE outages, including after-hours, partnering with vendors, OEMs, and DC leadership to resolve issues.

Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, sortation systems, racking, pneumatic and electrical components, compressors, tape machines, stretch wrappers, and related warehouse equipment.

Perform low-voltage electrical, controls, and mechanical troubleshooting (including PLC diagnostics and resets) in coordination with vendors as needed.

Travel to sites for complex PMs, installations, audits, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for maintenance, capital, and safety projects, ensuring cost-effective execution.

Lead and develop site maintenance teams, emphasizing safety, standard work, and preventive maintenance discipline.

Conduct maintenance audits, system health assessments, and root cause analysis to address recurring failures.

Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventories in collaboration with corporate and site operations teams.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and proactively identify opportunities to insource work, reduce costs, and serve as a technical advisor to operational leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

5+ years’ experience with automated conveyor systems, controls, and industrial maintenance, including predictive and preventative procedures.

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently and lead remote teams.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work from elevated surfaces for extended periods.

Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 15–60 pounds.

Willingness to travel to other DC locations 30–40% of the time.

Experience working around moving machinery, heavy equipment, loud environments, confined spaces, and various weather conditions.

Must wear proper safety equipment at all times.
