Big Sky Family Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our growing practice! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a career in both clinical assisting and front office administration.We are seeking a Cross-Trained Dental Assistant / Front Office Team Member.
Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a dental front office is preferred, but we are happy to fully train the right candidate who is eager to learn. If you already have experience in one area and are interested in cross-training, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Patient Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Enjoy three-day weekends every week!
What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in patients with exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
- Verify insurance and assist with administrative tasks.
- Assist providers with chairside dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
- Take digital radiographs (certification required or willingness to obtain).
- Support both the clinical and administrative teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Dental assisting or dental front office experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
