Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying online orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on orders or gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Process payments, cash handling, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies
- Utilize strong communication skills to resolve issues effectively and turn inquiries into sales opportunities
- Conduct data entry tasks with high accuracy to update customer profiles and order information in our database
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
