Hospice Nurse (LPN or RN)

Are you a compassionate nurse who wants to make a lasting impact in people’s lives? We’re seeking a dedicated Hospice Nurse (LPN or RN ) to join our team at the longest-standing hospice provider in Northwest Oklahoma—and Enid’s only not-for-profit hospice.
This is a full-time, salaried day-shift position offering consistency, meaningful work, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that puts patients and families first.
What You’ll Do
- Provide weekday, daytime care to hospice patients and their families through scheduled home and facility visits.
- Conduct assessments and ensure patients remain comfortable.
- Educate and support families, helping them understand care plans and what to expect at each stage.
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team to coordinate patient care and adjust plans as needed.
- Document visits, assessments, and communications clearly and promptly.
Schedule & Compensation
- Salaried position – steady pay regardless of daily visit volume.
- Daytime weekday schedule (Monday–Friday).
- Company vehicle provided for patient visits during work hours.
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma LPN or RN license (required).
- Hospice or palliative care experience preferred, but not required—we’ll provide training and support.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care-planning skills.
- Empathetic, professional, and committed to providing comfort and dignity at the end of life.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
