Duties
- Engage with customers at events and retail locations to promote products through live demos and interactive experiences
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to followers, and growing online community engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits to potential customers in a compelling way
- Collect valuable data during events and customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
- Assist in event marketing activities by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring a vibrant brand presence
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers toward purchase decisions
- Deliver public speaking engagements at community events or store openings to generate buzz and foster positive brand recognition
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly advantageous for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
- Proven skills in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing are preferred
- Experience in sales roles with a focus on product promotion or customer engagement will help you succeed in this role
- Bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling you to connect with diverse audiences effectively
