$35–$50+/hour, based on schedule and patient volume (You'll receive 5-12 new patients per month so this range can go much higher just depends on your patient per hour comfort level. You can be anywhere from 2-4 patients per hour is great)
Catch A Fish Wellness is a busy, established Chinese Medicine clinic in Herndon, VA, known for thoughtful care, strong patient relationships, and real clinical results. We're looking for a licensed acupuncturist with genuine strength in women's health and fertility — and a talent for cosmetic acupuncture — to step into an established patient base, not rent a room, build everything alone, or spend the day chasing admin.

The Opportunity You'll walk into an established practice with patients already coming through the door. Our front desk handles scheduling, payments, and room turnover, so you can focus on what you do best — treating. We're cash-based, calm, and serious about quality.
We're especially focused on women's health, fertility, and pregnancy care, and cosmetic acupuncture as a strong second focus. If supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, and hormonal health is your passion — and you also love cosmetic acupuncture — there's real room to make this role your own, with the clinic's marketing and front desk team behind you.
Position Details Schedule: Saturdays are required (about 9:00 AM–3:00 PM), plus two weekday evening shifts (Tuesday or Wednesday and Friday work well, roughly 12:00–7:00 PM). About 20 hours to start, with real room to grow into more days and hours as your practice builds.

Compensation: Competitive hourly base plus per-visit earnings — among the most rewarding acupuncturist pay anywhere. Starting around $35/hour, with total pay rising as your patient volume grows. There's real room to grow into more days and hours over time for a practitioner who builds toward a fuller schedule. We're looking for someone who wants to become excellent, not just clock in.

- Build lasting therapeutic relationships and thoughtful treatment plans

What We're Looking For
- Active Virginia acupuncture license
- Experience and strength in women's health, fertility, and pregnancy care — this is our top priority
- Skill and passion for cosmetic acupuncture — facial acupuncture or a real drive to specialize
- Solid foundation in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
- Warm, grounded bedside manner and genuine care for long-term patient relationships
- Clear, professional communication
- Willingness to learn our systems and treatment flow
Additional experience with pain, sports injury, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, or digestion is a welcome bonus.
