Seasonal Brand Ambassadors — The Hamptons Collective
The Hamptons Collective is hiring seasonal Brand Ambassadors for weekend field marketing in Southampton, East Hampton, Montauk, and surrounding Hamptons beach communities.
We’re looking for polished, outgoing, and highly personable ambassadors who are comfortable starting conversations, representing a premium lifestyle brand, and engaging with adults in high-traffic summer environments.
This is a customer-facing field marketing role focused on brand awareness and education. Ambassadors will not sell cannabis directly. Instead, they will help age-appropriate consumers learn about The Hamptons Collective, explain how compliant delivery ordering works, and guide interested adults through the process of placing an order on their own phone.
Responsibilities
- Represent The Hamptons Collective in a professional, elevated, and friendly way
- Engage with adults 21+ in beach, hotel, nightlife, and high-traffic Hamptons environments
- Start natural conversations with potential customers and introduce the brand
- Explain how customers can browse products and place compliant delivery orders
- Distribute approved marketing materials where permitted
- Track basic field activity, conversations, QR scans, and customer feedback
- Work closely with the THC team to identify strong locations, peak times, and customer opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- 21+ required
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching new people
- Polished, professional, and brand-conscious
- Strong communication skills and positive energy
- Experience in brand ambassador work, hospitality, nightlife, retail, cannabis, wellness, luxury, or experiential marketing preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors on summer weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the Hamptons/Montauk scene is a plus
Schedule
- Seasonal weekend work
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts available
- Daytime beach shifts and evening lifestyle/hospitality shifts may be available
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate
- Performance incentives available based on approved metrics
- Mileage/transportation reimbursement may be available for select shifts
