We serve children and teens with autism and other developmental disorders through individualized, research‑based ABA treatment. Our team includes highly trained Behavior Therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBAs, Clinical Directors, Psychologists, and Researchers who work collaboratively to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Position: Behavior Therapist / ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician
We are hiring part‑time (15+ hours/week) Behavior Therapists. Afternoon availability (3pm–6pm at least 3 weekdays) is required.
You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings. Clients are assigned near your residence, and we are hiring across North, Central, South, and East County.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 behavior intervention in home, clinic, school, and community settings
- Support skill acquisition in communication, social skills, daily living, and play
- Reduce maladaptive behaviors using evidence‑based strategies
- Collect accurate behavior data and session notes
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and participate in ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude
Training & Professional Development
All new staff receive:
- 40+ hour RBT training (meets BACB requirements)
- Live, hands‑on training from BCBAs (not just online modules)
- Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development
- Opportunities for advancement into RBT, Lead Therapist, Supervisor, and BCBA roles
Qualifications
- RBT certification preferred (not required)
- Experience working with children (schools, childcare, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Psychology, Child Development, Education, Behavioral Science)
- Weekday afternoon availability (3pm–6pm minimum 3 days/week)
- Reliable transportation + proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check & TB test
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a caring attitude
- Commitment to ongoing training and growth
